The General Corporations Law (“LGSM”) acknowledges six kinds of companies. The differences between these companies stand basically: (i) in the degree of partner liability with respect to corporate debts, (ii) the freedom for the transfer of interests, (iii) the degree of participation in the company’s management and surveillance.
