POWERS OF ATTORNEY
In Mexico, powers of attorney are used very extensively in order to authorize corporate officials and others to act on behalf of a company. It must be proved that he or she has the legal authority to act on his behalf, normally by producing a notarially certified power of attorney. They must include a recital of the history of the company, its decision-making bodies, the authority of each body, and the corporate action previously taken to authorize the person or body granting the power of attorney to legally delegate such authority.
