With respect to intellectual property, our Firms process patents and industrial designs and registers trademarks, trade names, slogans with the Mexican Industrial Property Institute.
We assist clients to protect their confidential information and help them to draft, prepare and negotiate NDA, licensing and technology transfer agreements.
We also handle all types of procedures for declaring violations of the law, as well as cancelation and nullity procedures for trademark registrations.
