Labor law (also called "employment law") mediates the relationship between workers, employers, trade unions and the government.
Our Firm’s Labor Area provides legal services for labor matters related to employees' claims, handling personnel, hiring terms, work rules and similar issues. We also advise our clients in general aspects to comply with labor laws and regulations. The Firm’s practice includes advisory services in matters of health and social security, and in negotiating and administrating individual and collective work contracts.
